Quelle est l'event du cancel query ?

De plus, je dois reprendre le nombre de record fetché lors de cet event.

Qu'est ce que tu appelles CANCEL_QUERY ?

Tu rentres en mode interrogation par ENTER_QUERY
Pour sortir de ce mode :
+ EXECUTE_QUERY (pour lancer la recherche)
+ EXIT_FORM (pour sortir du mode interrogation)

Dans les 2 cas tu n'as encore aucune ligne de ramenée

Closes a query that is open in the current block.
A query is open between the time the SELECT statement is issued and the time when all the rows have been fetched from the database.  In particular, a query is not open when the form is in Enter Query mode, because the SELECT statement has not yet been issued.

PROCEDURE ABORT_QUERY;
Built-in Type   unrestricted procedure 
Enter Query Mode  yes

Usage Notes
 
ABORT_QUERY is not the equivalent of the Query, Cancel runtime default menu command.  It does not prevent the initial fetch from the database, but rather interrupts fetch processing, thus preventing subsequent fetches.

je viens de voir qu'il fait un EXIT_FORM et non un abort_query
