J'ai effectué des recherches sur google mais je ne trouve pas la solution.
Pourtant, le CPAN était configuré et fonctionnait lors de ma dernière utilisation.

Je suis tombée sur CPAN::Config, ce module pourrait-il m'aider?

Normally CPAN.pm keeps config variables in memory and changes need to be saved in a separate 'o conf commit' command to make them permanent between sessions. If you set the 'auto_commit' option to true, changes to a config variable are always automatically committed to disk.
Par défaut il est mis à 'no' est-il préférable de le mettre à 'yes'?
