Bonjour,

J'utilise excel 2010 et je viens de récupérer une soixantaine de classeurs excel identiques dans la forme, seul le contenu change. Je dois les mettre en forme. Compte tenu des opérations à effectuer, l'utilisation d'une macro se justifie pleinement. Cependant, ne maitrisant pas le langage VBA, j'ai décidé d'utiliser l'enregistreur de macro afin d'automatiser les étapes de présentation :

- trier deux colonnes,
- supprimer la dernière colonne,
- sélectionner le tableau,
- ajuster la largeur des cellules,
- quadriller le tableau,
- définir la zone d'impression,
- imprimer les titres,
- imprimer en mode portrait,
- ajuster l'impression uniquement en largeur,
- insérer le nom de fichier en entête,
- insérer page x/total pages en bas de page.

Tout se déroule parfaitement lorsque j'enregistre la macro sur le premier classeur, le résultat obtenu est ce que je souhaite. Le problème est donc le suivant. Lorsque j'ouvre un deuxième fichier et que j’exécute la macro (enregistrée dans le classeur personnel de macros), il n'y a ni entête ni bas de page et la ligne des titres est répétée sur une deuxième page même si le tableau tient sur une seule page. J'ai essayé dans une autre macro de n'enregistrer que l'entête et le bas de page, même résultat ! J'ai ensuite opérer une réparation d'office 2010 sans résultat...

Bonjour

Plusieurs choses :

Toutes tes feuilles se nomment bien "Pompiers" ?
Tes plages sont toutes identiques par exemple : "C1:D45" ou "$A$1:$J$45" ?

L'enregistreur de macro est bien pour trouver certaines syntaxes et paramètres, mais ensuite il faut adapter pour avoir un code générique.

Toutes les feuilles sont identiques dans la forme, elles ont le même nom (Pompiers) avec un nom de fichier différent. Les références de colonnes sont également identiques.

A priori je m'aperçois que l'enregistreur n'a pas pris en compte le pied de page !

Me font furieusement penser à utiliser un modèle, tu simplifies de beaucoup ton code VBA et c'est 10 fois plus facile à maintenir...

Idée, tu crées un modèle (.xltx, un vrai quoi), tu définis à la main toutes ses options.

Au niveau VBA, il suffit ensuite dans ton code d'ouvrir un classeur selon ce modèle et d'y faire un copier - coller de tes données, les 8 tâches suivront.
