Je souhaiterais utiliser une base BerkeleyDB de sleepycat dans mon application. J'ai donc télécharger le .tar.gz depuis ce lien http://dev.sleepycat.com/downloads/releasehistorybdbje.html
Je l'ai décompressé et regardé la licence :

Je n'ai rien vu qui m'empêche de l'utiliser dans une application propriétaire et de distribuer les packages berkeleydb avec mon application.

Qui indique :

Or mon application n'est pas open-source...
