Salut à tous,
Je souhaite installer le SGBD Postgres afin de créer des bases de données sur lesquelles je pourrais m'exercer. Pour ce faire, j'ai utilisé postgresql-8.3.4-1, j'ai lancé postgresql-8.3.msi pour l'installation, mais ceci s'interrompt quelques instants plus tard. Le fichier de logs écrit vers la fin :

Windows Installer a rencontré une erreur inattendue lors de l'installation de ce package. Il s'agit peut-être d'un problème lié au package. Le code d'erreur est 2769. Les arguments sont : GetAvailableLocales, 1,

Bonjour
Essayez une installation avec une version 8.2.x pour déterminer si c'est la pack Postgresl
ou votre O/S qui est à l'origine du problème.

Merci beaucoup de votre réponse, j'ai essayé les versions 8.2.x 8.1.x et 8.0.x mais le résultat reste le même et le fichier de logs est comparable.

Il semble que le problème est lié a un conflit ...
Vous avez Visual Studio ouvert ???
Si oui fermez toutes les instances de Visual Studio 2005 (devenv.exe)

Désolé pour la réponse en retard...j'ai plus internet chez moi depuis presque 3 semaines...
J'ai le même problème mais j'ai réussi à l'installer sur une autre unité centrale.
