Problème avec un iframe, tout se décale

Bonjour à tous

J'ai inséré une iframe pour mes menu, celui de gauche et celui de droite mais celui de droite me décale tout je ne trouve pas la solution pour remettre tout bien centré.
Voila la page sans l'iframe du menu de droite :

Pouvez-vous m'aider à tout recentré avec l'iframe du menu de droite ?

Pourquoi tu veux passer par une iframe pour faire un menu comme celui ci ??

Aucun interet, passe par des divs tu te prendra moins la tête.

au début c'était comme ca mais quand tu doit changer un truc dans un menu et que t'a 20 pages à faire à la suite, ben c'est un peu lent et chiant à faire tandis qu'avec une iframe ben sufit de changer une fois le fichier menu.htm de l'iframe et c'est bon

Bon j'ai eu un peu de temps et j'ai modifié ton index, j'ai viré ce qui était pour moi inutile et j'ai adapté à ce que tu voulais obtenir...
Au final meme présentation que celui sans iframe, à une exception près (mais tu peux régler) sinon c'est la même...
