Installation de jabberd 2.0

Bonjour,
Je suis actuellement en stage dans une entreprise pour l'été avant le début de ma licence professionnel qui commence au moi d'octobre.
Et j'ai comme projet de mettre en place un serveur linux avec jabbeur pour mettre en place une messagerie interne.

Je tiens à préciser que je suis plutot novice en Linux et principalement avec la distrib Debian que je commence tout juste à prendre en main. Et c'est un sacré changement aprés Mandriva et Ubuntu.

Et donc on en vient à mon problème, je viens d'installer la dernière version de Debian etch et je n'arrive pas à installer correctement le serveur jabberd 2.0 j'ai de multiples erreurs lorsque je réalise ./config voici le résultat de cette commande:
