GetPrivateProfileInt
et
GetPrivateProfileString

il me semble que j'ai répondu, la classe proposée simule fonctionnement des .ini pour wince .
dedans il y a une fonction : WriteProfileInt

Apparemment je peux utiliser CWinApp
