Android TV probleme de port TCP

Bonjour,

J'ai une android box TV qui me sert en tant que client XIBO pour faire du "digital signage". Celle ci est connectée aux WIFI entreprise avec une adresse IP fixe. Les port 80, 443, 5228, 38388 sont ouvert en INPUT/OUTPUT sur l'adresse IP fixe dans le wifi. Mon soucis est que l'android ne se met pas à l'heure et Google play ne se connecte pas pour les mise à jour . Le client XIBO semble fonctionner et la navigation Chrome fonctionne. Cependant des widgets du client XIBO utilisent l'heure du système android et non pas l'heure du serveur. Voici mon netstat de l'android quand il connecté au WIFI entreprise :

Pour tester, j'ai fait une connexion partagée sur mon portable. Mon laptop est en filaire sur mon reseau et je partage mon WIFI avec l'android. Dans ce cas tout fonctionne heure, et google play, etc...

J'ai essayé de bloquer l'android avec iptables en entrant cette règle :

/sbin/iptables -A INPUT -i wlp3s0 -j DROP

ou celle ci

/sbin/iptables -A INPUT -s 10.42.0.32 -j DROP

mais la connexion de l'android continue de fonctionner. A noter que quand je déconnecte mon adhoc que je repasse l'android sur le Wifi entreprise tout continue de fonctionner normalement (c'est le point le plus bizarre. ) 8
L'android box va être fixé en hauteur et je ne pourrai pas faire tout le temps ces manipulations pour qu'elle fonctionne comme j'aimerais

J'ai réglé l'heure manuellement et tout ses mis à fonctionner sur le wifi entreprise. J'ai donc installé une application NTP qui se connecte sur le serveur NTP qui est accessible dans le domaine.
