Quand je fait un Build avec maven j'ai ce message d'erreur :

je n'est pas bien compris ce que sa veux dire (ce qui fait que je ne trouve pas de solution)

Il te dit, en gros, que tu es occupé de constuire un war qui ne contient pas de WEB-INF/web.xml car

-> il n'est pas présent dans tes sources
et
-> tu n'a pas précisé explicitement au plugin un fichier alternatif à utiliser

j'ai le même message quand j'ajoute mon web.xml que voilà
