Deux choses à faire:

• Lancez secpol.msc. Allez dans "\Paramètres de sécurité\Stratégies locales\Attribution des droits utilisateurs\Déboguer les programmes" et ajouter votre utilisateur dedans puis rebooter
• Essayez de lancer le setup avec un éxécutez en tant qu'Administrateur'

je peux savoir c'est quoi le secpol.msc; sinon j'ai ajouter l'utilisateur, rebooter et executer en tant qu admin. mais ça marche toujours pas.

Si vous installez juste le moteur SQL ça marche ?
Car dans les logs que tu as collé, il n'y a pas d'erreurs criante ^^

Faudrait coller la totalité des logs ailleurs (pastebin?)

Par contre pas de réponse avant mercredi... je suis en week end présentement
