installation de R.2.14.1

Bonjour,

J'essaie d'installer la dernière version de R car j'ai besoin d'un package disponible qu'à partir de R.2.14.
J'avais installé la version 2.14.0 sur un autre PC sans problème mais me voilà coincée avec cette nouvelle version et surtout, avec ce nouveau PC.

Bon, ma question ne concerne pas vraiment la programmation en R et je pense que je retrouverai ce problème pour d'autres installations, mais j'espère avoir de l'aide pour mon installation car je n'avance pas dans mon étude !

puis mon problème se trouve à la commande "make" :

make: *** Pas de cible spécifiée et aucun makefile n'a été trouvé. Arrêt.

Dans le guide, il est expliqué :

(If your make is not called `make', set the environment variable MAKE to its name, and use that name throughout these instructions.)

Je ne vois pas comment trouver le nom de "make" dans ma machine... Evidemment, echo $make, echo $MAKE ne m'ont rien donné... J'ai fait quelques recherches sur le net, mais je n'ai pas trouvé de solution.

Si quelqu'un a une suggestion, je suis preneuse !
