J'ai 2 tables : AchatEnt et AchatLig lié par un champ DocNumero avec une relation de un à plusieurs

Dans ma table AchatLig, j'ai un champs Statut.

Je veux que quand toutes mes AchatLig.Statut=S pour un AchatEnt.Docnumero mettre en automatique AchatEnt.Statut=S

Je sais pas du tout par quoi passer? Une requête peut etre??
