merci d'avoir répondu
en fait l'hébergeur ne prend en charge les pb logiciel, que physique.
Donc après divers test, je me suis fait aidé, il n'y a pas de serveur DHCP sur la machine, c'est dhclient qui fait la demande.
j'ai essayé
/etc/init.d/network restart
ce qui me donne

donc normal, il ne devrait pas retenter avant 20h environ... mais...

ça repart 3 secondes plus tard.... pour pas dire qu'il ne s'est pas arrété en fait.
alors j'essai de l'arreter, ça me fait
