PS : j'utilise sudo sysv-rc-conf pour définir quel service je lance ...

Il y a apache 2 et sshd que tu peux arrêter si tu ne n'utilises pas.
Par contre a par changer de WM (gnome ici) , il n'y a pas grand choses a faire, le "gros" des processus étant ceux de gnome (peut être virer le "applet" gnome que tu n'utilise pas).
