Ascenseur qui ne se colore pas

Bonjour,

J'ai décidé d'appliquer certaines propriétés CSS aux ascenseurs de mon site, mais j'ai l'impression que les propriétés ne s'appliquent qu'à l'intérieur du div de la page.

Prenons par exemple l'url : http://luca.merciadri.free.fr/ventepc/NEW/index.php, où l'ascenseur (à droite) n'est pas coloré (il est tout simple), alors que, à http://luca.merciadri.free.fr/ventep...formulaire.php, l'ascenseur du formulaire (pour la textarea), se voit jouir des propriétés CSS que je désire appliquer à l'ascenseur à droite de la première page.

Notez que dans le code CSS, j'ai recopié les propriétés de l'ascenseur dans toutes les classes pour être sûr de ne pas en avoir oublié une, mais ça ne change quand même rien.

Que faire ?

Bonjour,
pour info, les propriétés scrollbar-machin sont des extensions CSS propriétaire Microsoft, elles ne seront donc appliquées ici que sur IE.
D'autre part le mode de rendu standard déclenché par ton doctype ne favorise pas l'application de ce type de propriétés, il ne fonctionnera sur les scrollbars de ta fenêtre de navigateurs qu'en l'appliquant sur l'élément HTML et non plus sur le body.
Je crois que tu as d'autre problème plus importants à régler comme le manque
de contraste entre les textes et le fond jusqu'à devenir illisible, l'absence de
centrage de ton interface sur les navigateurs alternatifs (Firefox, opera...), etc.

Tu dois appliquer les propriété scrollbar au niveau du HTML. html {...}

Pratiquement tous les texte étant donné que le fond se rapproche d'un gris moyen en niveau de luminosité : les textes bordeaux, les textes gris dans la page formulaires sont illisibles.
