17 check file system .... fsck 1.40 (14 nov 2006) fsck .ext3 bad magic number in superblock while trying to open /de/sda4 /dev/sda4 : the superblock could not be read or doe not describe a coreect ext2 filesystem. If the device is valid and it real contain s an ext2 filesytem (and not swap or ufs or somethings else), then the superblock is corrupt, and you might try running e2fsck with an alternative superblock: e2fsck -b 8193 <device> fsck died with status 8 FAILED (CODE 8). => file system check failed A log is being saved in :var/log/fcsk/checkfs if that location is writable . Please repair the file system manuelly. => A maintance shell will now be started. ControlD will terminate this shell and resume system boot. Give root password for maintenance or type control D to continu.
