Voici le texte qui apparaît dans la console, avant que mon programme se lance :

oui, même 2 idées

1. poster sur le bon forum (ça a l'air d'être un pb java et non Eclipse)
2. te demander d'expliquer ton problème...
   Pense que nous ne sommes pas derrière ton clavier, nous n'avons aucune idée de quoi tu parles même si toi avec le source sous les yeux ça te paraît évident.

Heu, tu as un fichier XML en entrée qui n'est pas en UTF-8 ...
