SyntaxError: (unicode error)'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0xb9 in position 0: invalid start byte (sitecustomize.py, line 7)

il se pourrait que le fichier sitecustomize.py ne soit pas en utf-8 mais en ansi ( car fichier édité par exemple avec notepad) . Il faut convertir ce fichier en utf-8 si c'est le cas.
