Action sur bouton non prise en compte

Bonjour, je souhaite trouver une solution a un problème que j'essaye de résoudre mais j'ai pas trouver de solution
quand je clique sur bouton valider rien ne se passe

Oui, ça marche pas parce que ta page contiens des erreurs et s'en retrouve refusée par l'interpréteur JavaScript

Il faut que tu regarde tes messages dans la console de ton navigateur.
