Bonjour à tous!

Voila je développe un site intranet et j'ai un tableau qui affiche les fournisseurs et leur contact. Car un fournisseur peux avoir plusieurs contact. Mais malheureusement mes tentatives de fusionner les lignes de mon tableau sont veines (voir image ci joint).
voici mon code (il y a également du PHP donc je sais pas si c'est le bon endroit pour poster mon problème, si ce n'est pas le cas quelqu'un pourrai t-il le déplacer dans un meilleur endroit ?):
