Bonjour,

sur un projet particuliere , j'ai toujours le menu "Apply Code change" désactivé.

Tools->Option->Debugging -> Enable edit and continue : activé

Mode Debug

Project -> C/C++ ->General->Debug Information Format : Program Database for Edit & Continu (/ZI)
Project->Linker->General->Enable Incremental Linking : Activé

Projet->C/C++->Optimisation : Disabled /OD
