L'envoi et la réception d'un message dans Eclipse et Java ME plateform SDK

Bonjour,

J’ai un programme en Java qui est supposé faire l’envoi et la réception d’un message.
Il s’exécute dans Eclipse mais il ne fait ni l’envoi ni la réception et ne s’exécute pas non plus dans Java ME Platform SDK.
