Je voudrais envoyer un fichier encode en base64 a un web service code en c#.

J'ai tente d'encode en java comme realise sur ce lien :

Lorsque j'envoie le fichier encode base64 sur le web service c# il est correctement recu par celui ci. En revanche il est impossible de decode correctement le string code base64.

J'utilise ce code c# pour decoder :

Le probleme c'est que je n'arrive pas a determiner si c'est l'enodage le probleme ou le decodage. le decodage donne un resultat partiel mais non complet.
