j'ai comme résultat "erreur 3", ce qui signifie qu'une erreur IOException est levée: où est le problème? sachant que je peux accéder sans problème à cet URL via le navigateur.

Là tu fais un POST vide... je ne sais pas si ton URL accepte les 'POST', en tout cas, dans le navigateur tu fais un "GET" normalement (à moins de passer par une form HTML).

Quelle est l'IOException ?

Je te suggere de suivre ces regles pour le logging, ca te sera bien plus simple pour débugger:

Je ne sais pas comment est le code au dessus, mais en général on ne catch les exception qu'à la toute fin du processing...
