Bonjour le forum,
je suis nouveau sur le forum et début aussi en Python.
Je me forme aux réseaux neuronaux et cherche à en développer un pour de la reconnaissance de non conformité dans les soudures.
Pour se faire, j'ai récupéré des clichés Rx au format Dicom, clichés que je souhaite dont je souhaite extraire les zones non conformes pour l'apprentissage du NN.
Sauf que, autant sur Matlab, j'arrive à importer les images, autant avec Pydicom, j'ai l'erreur suivante :
"AttributeError: Amount of pixel data 1387216 does not match the expected data 22195456"
Cela fait un certain que je cherche. J'ai essayé d'utiliser gdcm mais lorsque je teste, il m'indique des problèmes de syntaxes dont je n'arrive pas à comprendre l'origine.
Auriez vous des idées ?
