je n'arrive pas à encadrer les colonnes et les lignes de mon tableau correctement à chaque fois, il reste de l'espace entre deux lignes ou entre deux colonnes

le probleme c'est que je travaille sous l'environnement de développement microsoft et je ne sais pas commetn écrire directement le css avec (et pourtant j'aimerai bien)

je ne peux que choisir ma borudre, la taille ...

Et si tu ne peu pas ce n'est donc pas un probleme html ou css, c'est un probleme de configuration de ton logiciel/environnement. Tu devrai peu etre essaier de poser ta question dans une autre section.
