Global Knowledge : Translating Requirements to Capabilities

    Webinar du 20 Octobre 2015

    • 15:00 Egypt Standard
    • 15:00 CET Time
    • 14:00 UK Time

    Overview:

A successful engagement with the correct stakeholders will result in a full understanding of what the vision, challenges and opportunities are, as well as confirm the current state of the organisation.

Understanding how the organisation currently looks and what it can achieve is the starting point to help the customer meet their strategic goals and objectives.

This allows an assessment of their current capabilities, which when compared to an analysis of the target state, enables a gap analysis to be carried out. The gap in these business capabilities is the opportunity to demonstrate how to deliver solutions tailored to the customer's needs.
