XML Excel : mappage

Bonjour,
Je ne maitrise pas trop XML mais suite à de nombreuses vidéo je n'ai pas réussi à résoudre mon probleme
J'aimerai créer un fichier xml a partir de données d'une feille Excel mais le fichier XML n'est pas standard. mon but c'est de générer le xml depuis Excel en VBA ou fichier de mappage et rendre variable les éléments en gras
