Problème de "Embeded password"
Bonjour à vous,
SVP, j'essaie de dépanner un pc portable HP, et au démarrage je reçois le message:
"The embedded security password has been changed but the current hard drive is not the drive that was present when Automatic DriveLock was enabled. Changing the embedded security password affects Automatic DriveLock data, possibly making the original drive unusable. It is strongly recommended that the password not be changed until the original drive is replaced.
Press F1 to abort the password change or F2 to continue."
Je ne sais pas ce que ça signifie, je n'ai pas pu trouver grand chose sur google et le client ne sait pas ce qui s'est passé!!

Où esst stocké le "Embeded Password"?

J'ai tout fait, changé le disque dur, enlever la pile CMOS pour re-initialiser le bios, rien!!
Alors ma question est celle de savoir où est stocké ce mot de passe, et comment le supprimer puisque le monsieur ne sait même pas comment c'est arrivé!
