Pré-remplir un champ

Bonjour, j'aimerai savoir comment on peut pré-remplir le champ sujet ou message s'il vous plait ? merci d'avance.

Tu places un attribut value dans ta balise input :

<input ... name="nom" ... value="valeur par défaut" />

Au passage l'utilisation de $HTTP_POST_VARS est dépréciée depuis un bail, utilises $_POST à la place.
