Installation Web Setup EPIC Fail

Salut tout le monde,

Je suis en train de faire un Web Setup pour un projet Silverlight + WCF.

Le problème c'est que l'installe démarre puis recule pour finalement dire :

En essayant de logger un peu ce qui se passe je suis tombé la dessus :

Je vois pas trop ce que 32 et 64 bits viennent faire la vue que tout est développé et installé sur du 32bits.

Des idées ?
