Tag personnalise : attribut

Bonsoir à tous
alors voila,
j utilise dans une de mes jsp un tag personnalise.
Ce tag a un attribut que j'aimerais qui prend une valeur
mais cette valeur provient d'un bean.getAttribut()
voici ce que j'ai voulu faire mais ca marche pas
