lorsque je définie des div imbriqués et je fais leurs style dans la feuille de style les sous div ne se place pas dans le grand div conteneur
comment faire pour remedier à cette probleme

Je ne vois pas trop le problème, le conteneur #page englobe bien ses enfants et descendants.

mais lorsque je teste sur le navigateur juste le contenu de div header apparait
mais le contenu des autre div non
je suis bloqué dans ce prob

Ton code est complètement illisible.
Le problème vient des éléments en absolute qui sont retirés du flux, leur conteneur parent ne peut pas s'adapter à leurs hauteurs dans ce cas.
