Comment lancer xmllint --noout --dtdvalid test.dtd test.xml sur Windows XP

Je développe sur Windows XP et j'aimerai lancer cette commande :

xmllint --noout --dtdvalid test.dtd test.xml
xsltproc test.xsl test.xml > test.html

Comment je peux faire ça, svp, sur windows xp?
