problème avec JumpList Windows 7

Bonsoir tout le monde,

je suis en train de doter mon application d'une JumpList après avoir lu l'article de Thomas. Mais je rencontre un problème. Tout d'abord voilà mon code :

Néanmoins, quand je lance mon application, la JumpList n'apparait pas ...

Quelqu'un pourrait-il me dire comment faire et quel est le problème ?
