Installation de bibliothèque

Je souhaite installer la bibliothèque "Microsoft Shell Controls and Automation".
Comment faire ?

Bonsoir,
il suffit d'aller dans l'éditeur vba et cliquer sur
outils => references et chercher la bibliotheque
