d'après cette exception tu fais une réference à une classe dontl ne trouve pas le fichier de mapping.

je ne vois aucun bean convergenceSessionFactory. Et c'est ça ton problème à mon avis. remplace un peu par mySessionFactory

je pense que a dit ruscov est juste. Mais j'ai une question:

pourquoi tu n'essai pas d'utiliser hibernate annotation c'est très bien intéger avec spring?

Non pure décison de l'archi pour des audits de code
