Authentification BASIC sur Tomcat

Bonjour,

J'ai un soucis avec un site devant contenir une partie sécurisée.

Mon dossier est défini comme étant sécurisé dans mon web.xml

Le soucis c'est que lorsque j'essaie d'accéder à la partie sécurisé sur le site, je suis tout de suite jeter comme si je n'avais pas les droits et la pop-up d'authentification n'apparait jamais.

J'ai essayé sur deux postes différents sans plus de succès (alors que j'avais développé cette fonctionnalité sur un troisième poste sur lequel ça fonctionnait, mais je n'y ai plus accès...).

Avez-vous des idées d'où peut provenir le problème ?

Tu as configuré la partie applicative, mais as-tu configuré la partie Tomcat ?

As tu créé un MemoryRealm dans ton server.xml ?

Ben c'est le mécanisme qui te permet de définir ta source d'authentification: une base de données, un fichier (tomcat-users), un annuaire LDAP, etc...

De ce que je comprends, le fichier tomcat-user est déjà utilisé par défaut...

Donc à priori j'ai bien un Realm de déclarer à un moment mais pas de MemoryRealm.

Et bien je pense qu'il te faut en créer un (MemoryRealm).

Tu peux utiliser l'attribut pathname si ton fichier tomcat-users ne se trouve pas dans: conf/tomcat-users.xml

Ca ne change rien, mon navigateur ne me propose toujours pas de m'identifier et me refuse avec son erreur 401 (le vidage du cache ne change rien).

J'ai essayé avec les deux lignes ou seulement l'une des deux (en redémarrant tomcat à chaque fois) et je n'ai absolument aucun changement.

Je me demande si on cherche au bon endroit et si c'est pas mon navigateur qui pourrait bloquer :/

Je pense que la configuration est nécessaire, malgré tout, il y a, semble t il, un autre problème.

En fait c'est le nom du dossier dans "Tomcat/webapps/" où est ton appli

Je sais pas si c'est vraiment le problème vu que la partie non sécurisée de l'application fonctionne très bien. Donc il doit bien savoir où ça se trouve :)

Enfin j'essairai quand même ça ce soir ou demain soir (si j'ai pas le temps ce soir).

ça ne fonctionne pas mieux avec la ligne rajouté (dans server.xml).
