Integration Service insertion

Bonjour, j'essai d'insérer un fichier Cheval dans une table de même nom et ce type d'erreur apparait. Je n'arrive pas à comprendre le pourquoi de l'erreur j'ai essayer de modifier la taille de mon fichier pour n'insérer que les première ligne l'erreur reste la même.
