web - ejb - jpa - maven

Bonjour,
j'ai crée sous Eclipse un projet EAR, DynamicWeb, EJB, JPA.
J'ai réussi à faire le lien entre les 3 tiers.
Mais maintenant j'aimerai utiliser maven pour la construction de mon projet.
Mais je ne sais pas trop comment faire car les doc sur internet explique seulement pour la création d'un projet simple.

Si vous avez un tuto pour m'aider, ça serait gentil ;)!

J'utilise l'archetype j2ee-simple.

mais lorsque je l'intégre à eclipse, il me sort :

le fichier settings.xml, je dois le créer ou ça se fait automatiquement ?

Ce fichier est optionnel. Son absence ne devrait pas gener.
