exception swing et awt

Bonjour,
J'ai une classe qui s'exécute, mais dès que je change de pc et dès que j'ai réinstallé windows. l'interface ne s'afiche pas nettement. Problème d'affichage.

c'était à cause de la méthode lookandfeel qui dois être appliquée à une classe qui hérite de JFrame.
