Problème d'image de fond d'ecran

Bonjour, j'arrive pas à mettre mon image en arrière plan, ou plutot j'ai essayé partout mai j'ai pa su ou la definir.

l'arrère plan se défini principalement dans le tag body que tu semble omettre. Il ne faut certainement pas l'omettre ou ton xhtml ne sera pas valide ce qui impliquera plein de problème vis à vis de l'application des style.

N'importe quel tag html accepte une image de fond avec le style "background-image"

Oui, ou tout simplement définir les propriétés de body dans le styles.css, ça devrait suffire...
