formulaire compatibilité firefox et IE

Bonjour à tous.

J'ai un petit souci, le code javascript de mon programme ne fonctionne pas sous firefox alors qu'il marche très bien avec ie.

Si quelqu'un pourait m'aider, ce serait sympat.
