[JFreeChart] Succession de boucles for, problème de compréhension

Voila, j'ai un problème avec ce bout de code :

Je n'arrive pas a comprendre l'interet des "S" et "V" ici.
Dataset sert a définir des Plots pour des interfaces graphiques jfreechart

Il faut indenter correctement le code, sinon c'est illisible :

Il nous faudrait le code de la méthode "getOption".

C'est bon j'ai compris le principe de ces for .

Sinon mon getOption est une class de jfree.org.Plot ou jfree.org.Chart ou quelque chose comme ca, définit comme ca dans mon code
