mode ajax inactif

bonjour,
j'utilise le code suivant dans deux page test et test2, l'action 'societe' passe de test à test 2. Dans le cas normale tous va bien mais la page entiere est rafraichit (menu compris). Si je met mode="ajax" alors les liens sont inactifs.

quelqu'un aurait il une solution?
