plugin_debugger.dll qui se recharge en boucle

Hello,
j'ai remarqué en fouillant dans mes logs Postgresql que j'ai un module qui se charge en Boucle sous windows, je ne sait pas si c'est normal , voila le log :

pourquoi ce module se recharge tout le temps ? ca le fait chez vous aussi ?
