[Système] Notice: Undefined offset

Bonjour,

J'ai un message qui s'affiche à l'exécution de mon code php alors que l'exécution du code se fait normalent aux lignes suivantes :

Les variabels $col[0]et $col[1] sont les valeurs de retour d'une fonction que j'ai créé.

Pouvez-vous m'expliquer où se trouve l'erreur s'il vous plait?
