Redimensionner une image jpeg

Bonjour à tous,
j'aimerai afficher dans un TImage une image jpeg redimensionné.
Cependant je n'y arrive que avec une image bmp :

là on vois bien que c'est une TBitmap, alors il faut changer pour prise en charge des TJpegImage
