demarrage d'une application ASP MVC difficile

Bonjour,

J'ai crée une appplication Asp Mvc de gestion de configurations.

Cependant, je ne parviens pas à la faire démarrer alors que je n'ai pas ce pb avec d'autres applications.(message "localhost a mis trop de temps à répondre)

Je vous informe que j'ai téléchargé la dll System.Runtime.CompilerServices.Unsafe mais ne parviens pas à voir la section correspondante dans le fichier Web.config comme je la vois pour les autres applications Asp Mvc.

Peut être est-ce la source du pb .

Si oui, merci beaucoup de m'aider à le résoudre.:)
